Approaches to Local Community Participation in Tourism Development

Tourism has gradually developed in the wave of human civilization. However, it not reached level Sustainable Development (STD). This paper is trying to explore its underneath causes by applying desk study research method. underscored two major reasons for no confirmation STD date. The first one misuse Local Community Participation (LCP) instead assuring sovereign role locals their participation from tourism planning execution. second ‘no successful attempts researchers make holistic different approaches given ‘tourism and travel’. Furthermore, developing economy where good governance hard realize, even sectoral each economic sector be made implemented as a backup plan.
